I have snowboarded before. Is the course still useful?
Yes. Whether you’re returning to snowboarding or an advanced rider, book the right course using our level finder.
How are the groups divided?
Groups are organized by skill level so all participants learn at a similar level and make progress together. Use our level finder when booking.
Do I need to be able to use a lift already?
No. As a beginner, you’ll learn everything step by step, from sliding to your first lift rides.
Can I participate alone?
Of course. Our guests quickly connect in the group.
Can I participate with friends or family?
Yes. The requirement is similar riding ability. However, safety and appropriate group placement always take priority. A private lesson might also be suitable for you.
What snowboarding skills do I need for the advanced course?
We offer courses for different skill levels. To find the right course, we recommend using our level finder for proper placement.
Where do the snowboard courses take place?
In winter at Hintertux Glacier and in the Rastkogel ski area. During the fall season, courses are offered at Hintertux Glacier.
When will I find out the meeting point and course time?
In fall, you’ll find the meeting point and course time about two days before the course starts in our customer portal.
In winter, you can choose your ski area and meeting point yourself when booking. All participants meet at the selected meeting point. What will I learn in the advanced course?
You’ll improve your technique, work on smooth turns, more control on steeper slopes, and a confident riding style in varying terrain.
Why book a snowboard group course?
Learning together motivates, is fun, and ensures rapid progress. At the same time, you’ll meet other snowboarders and enjoy unforgettable days on the mountain.
