How do I book my ski or snowboard course?
Quick and easy via our online booking system. Payment is made online right after booking. You can book additional course days on site with our ski instructors.
Can I register multiple people for a course at the same time?
Yes – when booking, enter all participants with their age, ability level and the type of course you want.
How are the group courses divided?
By age and skiing ability. If needed, we’ll switch groups so everyone gets the best possible results.
Where is the meeting point for my course?
You’ll find the meeting points for all courses and tours directly on the respective course pages.
From what age can children take part in the winter sports courses?
From age 3 – in our Bambini course. From age 4 in the regular children’s ski course.
Is there lunch supervision for the winter sports courses?
Yes. If you wish, the ski and snowboard courses take place including lunch supervision.
How many people can take part in a private lesson?
Up to 5 people with a similar ability level.
Can I extend my winter sports course at short notice?
Yes – as long as there’s availability, you can extend your course on site at any time.
Can I rent ski and snowboard equipment directly from you?
Yes – at our rental stations at Sommerbergalm and at Tuxer Sporthaus in Lanersbach. You can add your equipment directly when booking your course online.
Do the winter sports courses take place in all weather conditions?
Yes. We only pause if the lifts are closed or in the event of severe weather.
Can I cancel my course?
Please check our cancellation policy. It is visible when you book the course.
Can I switch to another course or a different time?
If there are free places available, that’s possible at any time.
What languages do your instructors speak?
German and English. Depending on the season and guide, sometimes other languages as well.
