Where do we meet our bike guide?
The meeting point and the planned route will be personally agreed with you after booking or at the latest one day before the start of the tour.
Who are the guided bike tours suitable for?
Our guided mountain bike tours are suitable for almost all ages and skill levels. Whether you’re planning your first tour, regularly ride a mountain bike, or are looking for athletic challenges, we tailor each tour individually to your wishes, riding ability, and fitness level.
Can I also participate with an e-mountain bike?
Yes. The tour with your private guide is suitable for both classic mountain bikes and e-mountain bikes. Thanks to electric assistance, longer distances and more vertical meters can be comfortably managed.
Do I need previous experience?
No. For beginners, we choose easy routes on forest roads and light trails with moderate inclines. Advanced and athletic riders can choose more demanding tours with technical sections, single trails, or longer climbs.
Which regions can be cycled?
Our guides know the entire Tuxertal, Finkenberg, as well as numerous tour options in the Zillertal. Depending on the weather, fitness level, and preferences, the tours lead over scenic alpine paths, forest roads, panoramic routes, or varied trails with impressive views of the Tyrolean mountains.
Is technique training also available?
Yes. Upon request, we integrate individual technique training . This includes practicing safe braking, cornering technique, balance, proper shifting, uphill and downhill riding, and overcoming small obstacles. This ensures more safety and significantly more riding fun.
Are the tours also suitable for families?
Absolutely. Families receive specially adapted tours with child-friendly routes, plenty of breaks, and exciting destinations.
How long does a mountain bike tour last?
The duration depends on your booking and wishes. From a leisurely 2-hour or half-day tour to extended full-day tours. We are happy to advise you on the appropriate tour duration.
What should I bring for the tour?
A roadworthy mountain bike or e-bike, helmet, weather-appropriate clothing, gloves, sunglasses, water bottle, and a small backpack for personal items. Depending on the weather, a light rain jacket and change of clothes are advisable.
Can I participate without my own mountain bike?
Yes, you are welcome to rent your bike at the local sports shops.
Do the tours take place in all weather conditions?
Light rain is usually not a problem. In case of heavy rain, thunderstorms, or conditions that could impair safety, we will postpone the tour to another day.
How many people can participate in a tour?
Our private bike guides cater to individuals, couples, families, groups of friends, or companies. Thanks to private guidance, we can flexibly respond to the needs of all participants at any time.
Why is a guided mountain bike tour worth it?
A local bike guide not only knows the most beautiful routes but also current trail conditions, hidden viewpoints, and recommended refreshment stops. At the same time, you receive valuable riding technique tips, avoid detours, and can enjoy the tour completely relaxed. This makes every outing safer, more varied, and a special experience.
