We are looking for dedicated ski, snowboard, and cross-country instructors, as well as dual instructors, combination staff, and childcare workers at all training levels.

When does the season start?
Our season starts in October and you can generally join at any time. The main season ends at Easter, but there is also the possibility of continued employment until May or June.
Can I work for only part of the season?
Yes. Both seasonal positions and shorter employment periods such as weekly or monthly are possible, but will be arranged according to staffing needs.
Do I need training?
Yes. As a snow sports instructor, you need completed or recognized training in Austria. Of course, you can still complete it before starting work—the first level takes about 10 days. For office or rental activities, no training is necessary, you will receive comprehensive training from us.
Which languages are an advantage?
German and English are absolutely necessary. Additional languages are an advantage.
Do I need professional experience?
Experience is welcome, but not always required. Motivation, friendliness, teamwork, and enjoyment of working with guests and colleagues are especially important.
What does a typical workday look like?
The workday includes, depending on the area of work:
- Preparing courses
- Supervising children or adults
- Ski or snowboard instruction
- Advising guests
- Organization and course planning
- Participating in team meetings
Do I mainly work with children or adults?
This depends on your training, your strengths, and current needs. We teach ski and snowboard groups, as well as private guests at all skill levels.
Is there support with accommodation?
Yes. Depending on availability, we provide modern staff accommodation close to the workplace.

Are there tips?
This depends on you and your customer. Each employee may keep their tips.
How many hours do I work?
Depending on the position, between 32 and 40 hours per week. Part-time and individual arrangements are sometimes possible.
Can I work part-time?
Yes, many of our employees work part-time.
Can I work without a car?
Yes. In the Tuxertal, workplace, accommodation, and infrastructure are easily accessible.
Do I need experience for rental or office work?
No. You will receive structured training from experienced colleagues.
How is the work divided for combined employees?
Generally, you switch weekly, but there is also the option to spend part of the day outside and part inside, but other arrangements can also be made.
Can I apply from abroad?
Yes. International applications are welcome. Good German and English skills make it easier to get started.
